Also, I wanted to know what sort of nutrition I need. . I was looking forward to starting, especially the training but was dreading the cravings I was going to have for my guilty pleasures that I have regularly. . First week was good for it was the beginning to I was really motivated and it’s when I lost the most pounds, By the second week I felt like I wasn’t really bloating and had more energy. . Weekly progression pictures help me stay on track, along with the group. . I feel like I will be able to stay balanced and healthy now as I know what I need and what is just an occasionally treat. . I learnt that if I put my mind to something I can do it, because normally I have no will power and give in. . I went from a size 10-12 to now I’m an 8-10. . I’d recommend doing it if you want to lose the majority of your weight quite quickly and if you need more knowledge of what you need to be eating.” . Check out what Cheryl had to say about or last wave of The Body Intervention Program. . “I decided to do the program because I wanted to tone up and build muscle. . I thought the meal plan was doable but I did suffer from cravings through out the program. . I did enjoy the exercises and lt felt good getting stronger. I also found it fun exercising with the members of the group. . I found the first week hard, once I got into a routine it all fell into place. My body started to change a after a few weeks but the big difference was the very last week of the program. . Having to record the exercises and take weekly photos definitely made me conscious of sticking to the meal plan and the exercises. . Getting support through out either from other members or Neil was encouraging. I shall continue to eat a balanced diet and be active as it has a positive benefit to my well being. . I have learnt that planning and being prepared is the way forward. Also being in a group is encouraging as well as fun. . I feel personally that the whole experience has had a positive effect on me.
